Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Request Within 30 Days: You must request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

  2. Proof of Purchase: Provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

  3. Product Condition: The product must be in the same condition that you received it. For digital products, this means it should not have been downloaded or used.
     

Non-Refundable Items

  1. Downloaded Products: We do not offer refunds for products that have been downloaded or used.

  2. Promotional Items: Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for refunds.


How to Request a Refund

  2. Review Process: Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.

  3. Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
     

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

 

  1. Check Your Bank Account: First, check your bank account again.

  2. Contact Your Bank: There are oftenome processing time before a refund is posted.
